DMCA Policy for German Potato Salad

At German Potato Salad, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Whether you're sharing your grandmother's secret recipe, a beautiful photo of your latest batch, or a humorous anecdote about the dish, we strive to ensure that all content on our platform respects copyright law.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the German Potato Salad website, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit German Potato Salad to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
